What to expect
Quality Counts San Mateo County provides a framework, standards and quality improvement supports for early learning programs large and small. It creates a powerful professional development path for early educators, helping them to continually assess and improve the quality of their services.
Quality Counts supports sites in three core areas: child development and school readiness; teachers and teaching; and program and environment.
Quality Counts participants will each be assigned a quality improvement navigator (QIN) who will provide assistance throughout the Quality Counts experience.
